Paleo AIP Meal Plan - Paleo on the Go. Better than expected. If I'm being completely honest, I do not have high expectations for frozen food. Vegetables get watery, meat gets rubbery, there is usually a ton of salt. I figured I'd give it a shot, for convenience sake, but wasn't expect in it to be great. Well, I was completely wrong. All of the Paleo On The Go food I've tried so far has been fabulous. I am amazed at how good everything is! The Riced Cauliflower was delicious, the Plantain Cakes were fluffy and filling, the Ginger Salmon was quite literally the best piece of fish I have had in my life!
